Family Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Family Solicitor to join our expanding Family department. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of family law matters, including care proceedings, divorce, and private law children cases.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Private Practice Firm, recognized in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rankings. Our firm prioritizes its lawyers' concentration on fee-earning and billing, with credit control managed by internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling care proceedings and PLO matters
  • Advising on divorce and finances
  • Representing clients in private law children cases
  • Assisting with domestic abuse, non-molestation, and occupation orders
  • Providing general family law advice to clients
