The Opportunity
If you are looking for that role where you can step up to Legal Director (without a following) and take the next steps in terms of management and career progression, this role could be for you.
You'll sit just below the Partners, working closely with them on high end contentious construction matters, whilst taking deeper responsibility for managing the Junior Associates.
You'll have the chance to develop your own portfolio of clients in an environment that is very supportive: You'll not necessarily have clients you can bring across, you'll be given time and resources to grow your market and you'll have the chance to make your mark.
The successful candidate will join a Construction team renowned for its expertise in assisting contractors, developers, local authorities, architects, and consultant engineers in resolving complex disputes through adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
The team works flexibly across multiple offices, enabling collaboration with talented colleagues and engagement in high-quality work across various sectors.
