Description
The Employment Legal Director will join a large team and get involved in a range of work including;
- Supporting corporate clients on contentious and non-contentious Employment work
- Being a point of contact for a range of clients including major retailers, sports clubs and manufacturers.
- Dealing with Tribunal claims.
- Working closely with the Corporate teams
- Providing HR support
- Mentoring junior fee earners.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work towards business development and networking opportunities.
- Manage a varied workload effectively and efficiently.
Profile
A successful Employment Legal Director should have:
- A solid background in employment law gained from a large law firm
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Likely to be 10 years PQE plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ties to Leeds
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £90,000 to £115,000 per annum
