Vasto Legal Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious international law firm to fill a key position within their Corporate division. This role focuses on managerial responsibilities, overseeing a dedicated team of legal support personnel, and providing critical assistance to the firm's esteemed Corporate practice.
Position Overview:
The Corporate team is expanding and is seeking to appoint a Non-Fee Earning Team Manager.
The primary duty is to lead the M&A due diligence sub-team while contributing to the enhancement and growth of the firm's broader Due Diligence services.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of legal professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to the firm's Corporate Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Non-fee earning position (37.5 hours per week) based in the Corporate division
- Combination of remote and in-office work
- Support function for a global law firm
- Overseeing a small team of support staff within the Corporate Group
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-8 years PQE preferred
- Highly organized, professional, and an exceptional communicator
- Experience in Corporate Law with a solid understanding of the M&A/Corporate Due Diligence process
Compensation: £60k – £70k based on experience and qualifications, plus bonus opportunities.
