Northamptonshire Council EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY SERVICE have an exciting Locum opportunity for an educational psychologist.
West Northamptonshire Council covers the geographical area to the south and west of Northamptonshire. The service is based at One Angel Square in central Northampton.
Assessments can be undertaken remotely or face to face or a combination of both, you will have 2 days per assessment.

Your key responsibilities as an Educational Psychologist:

To provide psychological advice as part of the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment processes for children and young people with special educational needs and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a qualification in Educational Psychology and be registered with the HCPC
  • Have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Educational Psychologist
