Job Title: Property Maintenance Operative

Location: Warneford Hospital Warneford Lane, Headington, Oxford OX3 7JX

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Pay: GBP14.11 per hour

This is a temporary role.

What you'll be responsible for:

Optimising the quality and condition of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition.

Utilise knowledge and understanding of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and decorating to carry out routine planned and reactive maintenance work.

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multi-task across electrical, mechanical, carpentry, decorating and building disciplines.
  • Level 3 qualification to support skills mentioned above.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
