Job Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in a pharmaceutical environment in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and AC building maintenance tasks
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting tests
  • Work with control panels and BMS systems
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
Requirements
  • Electrical, Mechanical, or AC qualification (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
