An Exciting new role to join a small and friendly business who are ever growing and are now seeking an Administrator to join the team.

Monday - Friday hrs - Full parking and offering a full time permanent role with a salary of £23- £24k depending upon experience
As the office administrator you will enjoy a busy and varied role covering all aspects of administration work and speaking with customers

Duties to include:

  • * Welcoming visitors into reception, operating the visitor book and directing to relevant department /personnel
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and assume receptionist duties
  • Dealing with daily post incoming and outgoing
  • A variety of administration duties such as responding to emails, answering calls, preparing documents, quotations and generating reports
  • Maintain and house-keep all office files & vendor files
  • Purchasing promotional merchandise, office supplies, office equipment and stationary when needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records ( absence and holiday requests)
  • Raising invoices , monitoring accounts receivables - if you do have some sage knowledge this is an advantage
  • Maintain and log petty cash
  • Collate all reports accordingly

The role of an Administrator is to support the team and Directors with general clerical duties and ensure the smooth running of this small enterprise.

Previous experience within administration is essential , along with a ' Can do' attitude, excellent communication skills and generally be prepared to assist with the team
