Finance Administration Trainee Opportunity

Radis Community Care is offering a position for a Finance Administration Trainee within our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the Finance Department, your primary role will involve supporting the daily administrative functions within the Sales division. This includes generating sales invoices, managing incoming calls, and ensuring that all communications are handled with professionalism and efficiency. You will also collaborate with the Credit Control team and other finance divisions to enhance your financial acumen.

This role provides an excellent foundation for launching your career in Finance, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals while pursuing a recognized business qualification. The Finance Department plays a crucial role in fostering positive transformations in the workplace. A career in Finance offers diverse opportunities across various industries, ensuring long-term career prospects.

Training and Qualifications:

On-the-job training will be provided, featuring structured training sessions and project assignments. This will culminate in a QCF in Finance Administration. If applicable, you will also receive training to achieve qualifications in Functional Skills. The training will cover all facets of the employee lifecycle and equip you to respond effectively to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. The apprenticeship is designed to last for 18 months, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and an initial salary of £12,480.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grades 7 – 4, including English.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics (Grade is essential).

Desired Skills:

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, proficient IT skills, meticulous attention to detail, organizational capabilities, customer service skills, problem-solving aptitude, administrative expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers.
