Inizio Engage is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to enhance their client's team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing various sales administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process and support a team of technical engineers;
  • Overseeing pipeline opportunities utilizing a CRM system;
  • Managing documentation for proposals and engaging in proactive sales efforts to secure orders;
  • Collaborating with service and sales departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, along with coordination with Finance and Operations teams;
  • Maintaining and managing the customer database;
  • Addressing customer inquiries via telephone in a professional and courteous manner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an Engineering or Manufacturing setting;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems;
  • Knowledge of Business Central or equivalent software;
  • Proficiency in Office 365;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service;
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail in data entry.
