Goodyear Tyres UK have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Operations Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is hybrid, with a mixture of days working from home and working at our head office on the Birmingham Business Park (near Birmingham airport).

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Fleet Front Office Team Leader you will be responsible for providing effective fleet customer and Fleet Online Solutions (FOS) vendor support and driving the Helpdesk process, including handling possible disputes, prioritizing queries and ensuring timely back-office support via our team in Bucharest.

Working closely with the Truck Sales and Fleet teams you will provide system and administrative support and partner with sales to support customer visits in providing advice for existing and new contracts.

The Role

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions as the first level of support. Interact with Sales, TruckForce, Fleet Back Office and other internal departments as a primary point of contact for FOS related queries. Provide training to users internally and externally on new systems. Support testing of front-end and back-end system developments. Ensure system entries (master data, contract data, pricing, billing etc) are correct and in-line with internal, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other local requirements. Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Experience in sales/sales applications preferred. Experience of working in sales call centres and/or tyre business would be an asset. Commercial attitude. Business acumen for working with Sales, Customers and Service providers. IT knowledge, especially SAP applications and MS Office (Access, optional). An interest in tyre technology and the transportation business. Ability to work in a team. Agility to deal with changing environments and customer requests. Flexibility for occasional customer visits. Benefits:
