About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Administrator to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fleet operations project for Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and service provider relationships, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of queries.
  • Ensure accurate data loading and maintenance of contract, vehicle, tyre, and service provider pricing information.
  • Manage user passwords and maintain data security.
  • Process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Action fleet and service provider queries within agreed timescales.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer SLAs and service provider work instructions.
  • Ensure accurate job recording by service providers for billing and payment purposes.
  • Deliver system training to service providers as required.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on projects and bids, providing consultative services to scope customer requirements.
  • Attend team meetings, identify issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Meet individual and business KPIs to drive activity towards business goals.
  • Enhance communication with customers, service providers, and sales teams on job statuses.
  • Report on business KPIs on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Job-related experience is essential, with a customer service background desirable.
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade A*-C are essential.
  • A level or equivalent at grade C or above is desirable.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, with Microsoft Excel experience essential.
  • Proven administration and analytical skills.
  • SAP knowledge, previous FOS experience, and tyre industry knowledge are desirable.
  • Self-motivation and a driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle problems quickly.
