As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of vehicles across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect vehicles from clients, adhering to strict timeframes and quality standards.
- Utilize route optimization techniques to minimize fuel consumption and reduce carbon emissions.
- Conduct thorough vehicle condition reports, highlighting any issues or damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a considerate and professional attitude towards clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Identify and report any damage or issues with fleet vehicles.
Requirements:
- Full driving license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and additional shifts during busy periods.
- Comfortable using a mobile phone for communication while on the road.
- Based in Birmingham, with potential for travel across the UK.
