What you'll do
  • Working with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to create engaging and impactful, fame driving social media content that build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support with the day-to-day management of social platforms, including posting and scheduling content, primarily on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Threads.
  • Support the day-to-day management of our Corporate Website, working with business partners to keep it modern and fresh - uploading blogs, press releases.
  • Be at the forefront of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive a social -first culture within the business and maximise the impact of M&S' social content.
  • Support day-to-day operations, CMS and publishing schedule of corporate channels - ensuring they are up to date and a brilliant shop window for our corporate transformation.
Who you are
  • Experience in using and publishing on CMS platforms with a high degree of personal and professional familiarity with all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
  • Experience working with large scale social campaigns, and the ability to work efficiently, at pace and to tight time frames
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A digitally literate person who keeps on top of key trends and innovations and being able to drive the tiktokification of video content
  • A strong storyteller with exceptional copywriting and editing skills who can develop content for a range of external channels and who understands that great content is more than just great copy .
