The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support the embedding of the Research Governance, Compliance & Risk team. The post holder will be a core part of the expanding team, working across each of the three areas; Research Security and Compliance, Research Integrity and Ethics, and Information Governance, as well as coordinating compliance processes and annual reporting in these areas.

You will work closely alongside other members of the team and colleagues from across the Edinburgh Research Office, as well as other professional service and academic colleagues in Colleges and Schools.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Highly organised with a proven ability to balance competing priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and new processes or projects are delivered successfully.
  • Experience of working across multiple areas of work or teams and coordinating the records management systems.
  • Experience of coordinating projects and supporting teams to adhere to timelines and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaborative ethos, with proven ability to work effectively with co-workers and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

£32,982 to £38,205 per annum
