What you will do as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager- Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets: two restaurants, breakfast service, a Latin-American-inspired bar, lobby lounge, room service, and events.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Take an active lead in the hiring, training, and development of F&B colleagues.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage products. Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality products and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.
