We are currently in search of a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. It is vital that every team member contributes positive energy to foster a joyful and engaging atmosphere, as we aim to cultivate a community enriched by diverse backgrounds and experiences.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at all times and ensuring all staff are well-informed.

- Providing appropriate training for all team members.

- Ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable experience and extending hospitality at every interaction, while encouraging team members to create memorable moments for all guests.

- Participating in daily F&B operations meetings and conducting pre and post-shift briefings to keep all team members informed about hotel operations.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
