Role Overview: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Objective: To oversee the Food and Beverage team in accordance with Meliá White House's operational standards. This role involves enhancing, maintaining, and training staff on our Food & Beverage procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure all food and beverage personnel are well-versed in the hotel's Health and Safety policies and adhere to safe working practices at all times. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about current Liquor and Licensing Laws and food hygiene regulations.

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all food items, dishes, wines, and beverages offered across all Food & Beverage outlets.

· Act as a proactive team leader, ensuring efficient cost management within the department.

· Address guest and customer concerns with professionalism and promptness.

· Participate in the execution of Food and Beverage promotions.

· Assign mandatory training to staff and ensure scheduling aligns with training requirements. Support junior staff in completing e-learning courses.

· Foster professional, effective, and motivated working relationships, respecting diverse cultures and individual backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications:

· Strong customer service skills.

· Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

· Proficiency in English.

Candidates must possess the right to work in the UK.
