About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Park Plaza County Hall London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and leading a team of staff to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent service to guests
  • Ensure the restaurant and bar run smoothly, meeting high standards of quality and service
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations and increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Head Waiter/Waitress
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
