Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively seek and identify potential leads for the hotel's dining and beverage venues. Cultivate new business opportunities by engaging new customers and promoting the offerings.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring relationships with both prospects and existing customers. Ensure strong connections with clients, both from the hotel and the local community.
Pipeline Management: Sustain a well-organized pipeline of potential clients.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of F&B to devise strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the dining and beverage outlets, taking into account market dynamics, customer preferences, and business objectives.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the Director of F&B to develop innovative business strategies and tactics that drive rapid growth. Work alongside the hotel marketing and public relations team to create distinctive dining concepts that resonate with the target demographic.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' offerings and activities. Stay updated on market trends and competitive products.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development within food and beverage establishments, either in the hospitality sector or independently.
- Strong grasp of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Basic knowledge of social media and marketing principles.
