Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety procedures, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
