The Role

The College Accommodation Office invites applicants for the role of Accommodation Office Assistant. The successful applicant will assist in day-to day administrative tasks to support the Accommodation Manager. The Accommodation office has responsibility for the College's accommodation management and allocation of rooms; it works collaboratively with various departments to ensure a positive and professionally managed experience for all.

This is a part time, fixed term role (for 1 year), working 20 hours per week. Specific hours and days to be discussed at interview but is flexible for 3 to 5 days per week. The salary for this position is £12,480 (£23,400 FTE).

The College

Gonville & Caius College is one of the largest Colleges in the University of Cambridge. It is an educational charity, and its mission is to provide a place of education, religion, learning and research, in conjunction with a University that is recognised internationally as being of the highest standard.

The College is an academic community comprising some 530 undergraduate students, 250 graduate students, and

110 Fellows (lecturers, professors and other senior academic researchers and teachers) and almost 200 staff. It plays a significant role throughout the University.
