Through Vital Signs, our vision for children and young people in Norfolk, we work with family and natural networks to support families to build on their strengths and to achieve the best possible outcomes.

We believe it is vital that children are prepared and able to learn; build positive, long-term relationships and receive family-based care. Norfolk's social care model is a relationship-based, purposeful approach with social workers practicing in a trauma informed way, incorporating therapeutic approaches within their work with children, young people, their carers and families.
