Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Acorn Park School. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Assist residents with appointments, activities, and outings, promoting independence and social interaction
  • Complete relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Engage residents in tasks and activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness in a fast-paced environment
