We are recruiting on behalf of our client, ARC (Norwich) Limited, for a Team Leader position in a residential care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver care and support to children in a residential setting
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to meet the needs of children
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of children
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support provided
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a residential care setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to develop and implement care plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.80 per hour, with enhanced overtime rates.
