About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Corporate Parenting team in Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our looked-after children and care leavers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our In Care and Life Beyond Care teams to provide high-quality support to our young people and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to promote the well-being and resilience of our looked-after children and care leavers.
  • Collaborate with our Support for Success team to provide specialist knowledge and skills to our practitioners and clinicians.
  • Contribute to the development of our Corporate Parenting strategy and ensure that our practice is child-focused and relationship-based.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional vocational qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within the Corporate Parenting area or transferable skills with the ability to motivate individuals and create high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage performance during periods of change.
