Job Title: Social Worker - Corporate Parenting

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Corporate Parenting team in Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, and their families, to achieve the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Work with children and young people, and their families, to identify and address their needs and strengths.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with our In Care and Life Beyond Care teams.
  • Provide support and guidance to our young people, helping them to build resilience and achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with our Support for Success team, clinicians, and clinical psychologists to provide specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of our Corporate Parenting strategy, ensuring that our practice is child-focused and relationship-based.
