Our ApproachOur Family Help teams have a culture that prioritises relationships, direct work, and extended family networking to achieve sustainable change. We have a strong focus on prevention and protection, with cases managed by the whole prevention and protection teams. Families receive targeted interventions at an early stage, improving outcomes for children and families.

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking qualified social workers who are registered with Social Work England and have experience in child protection, assessments, and court work.
