What you'll be doing...

As a Fitness Supervisor at The Gym Group, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include leading group exercise classes, ensuring compliance with policies, assisting with administrative tasks, and upholding our values.

Your main duties will involve:
  • Assisting the General Manager in delivering top-notch service to our members, including group classes, member services, and maintenance checks.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand and health & safety policies.
  • Supporting the GM with on-site administrative tasks.
  • Exemplifying The Gym Group values, working collaboratively with the team, and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Acting as a keyholder for the gym and providing support in emergencies.
  • Being prepared to work extra hours if needed.
