Our Operations team is dedicated to providing an exceptional fitness experience that keeps our community coming back for more.

Your Role as Operations Supervisor In this position, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects within the facility
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold Health and Safety standards, ensuring regular inspections are conducted
  • Build strong relationships with our Maintenance Teams and Contractors to maintain club excellence
  • Partner with the Personal Training Manager to foster a supportive environment for our trainers
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure operational excellence is consistently achieved
  • Represent Gymbox with enthusiasm and commitment, embodying our brand values.

What We Are Looking For We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a positive mindset. Strong organizational abilities are essential, as the role involves managing multiple tasks within a bustling gym environment. While experience in management or administration is preferred, it is not mandatory. A background in fitness or sports will provide you with a competitive advantage.
