Qualifications
- Demonstrated management experience within the fitness sector
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Capability to manage transitions and nurture talent
- Knowledge of financial oversight and data interpretation
- Expertise in marketing and sales strategies
- Familiarity with software systems for database management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for success

- Willingness to work flexible hours
- First Aid certification is preferred
