Join Our Operations Team Our Operations Supervisors are dedicated to ensuring that every member enjoys an exceptional fitness journey. They are committed to maintaining high standards and fostering an environment where members thrive.
Key Responsibilities As an Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee all operational functions within the facility.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold Health and Safety protocols, ensuring all checks are performed regularly.
- Build strong relationships with our Maintenance Teams and Contractors to maintain club standards.
- Work closely with the Personal Training Manager to support our team of trainers.
- Mentor and train staff to uphold the highest operational standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Gymbox ethos.
What We Are Looking For We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude. Strong organizational abilities are essential, as you will manage various tasks within our dynamic environment. Experience in management or administration is beneficial, though not mandatory. A background in fitness or sports will provide you with an advantage.
