Our Operations team is at the heart of this mission, ensuring that every aspect of our clubs runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your Role as Operations Supervisor In this position, you will:
- Oversee and manage all operational functions within the fitness facility.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold Health and Safety standards, ensuring that all necessary checks are conducted regularly.
- Build strong relationships with our Maintenance Teams and Contractors to maintain club standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Personal Training Manager to foster a positive environment for our team of trainers.
- Mentor and train staff to uphold the highest operational standards.
- Represent Gymbox with enthusiasm and dedication, embodying our brand values.
What We Are Looking For Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a willingness to tackle challenges with a positive mindset. Strong organizational abilities are essential, as you will be managing various tasks within a dynamic environment. While experience in management or administration is preferred, a background in fitness or sports will give you an added advantage.
