Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Professional to join our team. As a Fitness Professional, you will play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of our members, providing an excellent member experience, and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional gym and studio area.
Key Responsibilities- Member Experience: Provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their fitness journey.
- Program Development: Design and deliver engaging fitness programs that cater to diverse member needs and preferences.
- Studio and Gym Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and functional gym and studio area, ensuring a positive experience for members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and support each other's growth and development.
- Passion for Fitness: You must be passionate about health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
- Qualifications: Ideally, you will be level 2 fitness qualified or working towards it.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
