Your Purpose

The On Trade is one of the most vibrant and energetic industries in the UK. Made up of pubs, bars, restaurants and night clubs, it provides great careers to a diverse work force that love hospitality and are known for enjoying themselves while working hard to deliver great consumer experiences.

As part of the sales-team you will use your relationship skills to build long term partnerships. This isn't a hard sell, quick win role, our aim is to build long lasting relationships with our customers and support them every step of the way.

You will join one of our successful sales team operating in one of or key regions. The teams combine several different roles and levels of experience and a culture that will ensure your career at Molson Coors gets off to a great start. The UK business is made up of 2000 people and we put them first, taking accountability for each other's success. We invest in our people providing a high level of on and off the job training and dedicate time and resource into your personal development.

The role is customer facing & a field based role, we use technology to drive efficiency but carry out our business in person. You will spend your time visiting all types of On Trade outlets each with a slightly different need and opportunity. You will support the rest of your team to grow the distribution of our brands, working on a right brand right outlet principle. This isn't a normal 9 to 5 role working out of the same office, each day is different, you will be responsible for meeting your set objectives but also have the flexibility to identify opportunities and manage your own diary.

About You

We're keen to hear from people who live in Norfolk & surrounding areas with a background in sales or be able to demonstrate your relationship building and brand and you'll need the credibility and relationship building skills to build outstanding relationships with all customers. You'll have well developed numeracy skills, with a good commercial acumen and be as enthusiastic as we are about our brilliant brands
