Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at EE Retail. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling EE products door-to-door and working directly with your Franchise manager to represent the EE brand in your community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales activities to convert prospects into successful customers
  • Work to sales targets and KPI's both individually and as a team
  • Act as a representative of the EE brand during customer meetings and presentations
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of sales
  • Report and provide feedback to management using data

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be able to travel within your designated area
  • Be super confident and resilient, maintaining a positive mindset
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to understand the customer's needs
  • Have brilliant persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Excellent data analysis skills
