As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the opportunity to build a successful estate agency business in the area you know best.

We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you establish a strong presence in your market. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.

This is a unique opportunity to build a business that aligns with your values and goals, while leveraging the Nested brand, products, and services to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine.
  • Align with the Nested brand values and customer-centric approach.
  • Utilize a market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance communication with clients.
  • Participate in a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans, an active Area Partner community, and hands-on training to support career development.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the residential property industry, with a proven track record of success in valuing property, winning business, and delighting customers.
  • A clear understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and execute a local business growth strategy.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand values and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills and the ability to build a personal brand and engage with your community.
  • Intuitive and market-leading customer app skills to provide exclusive property insights and enhance communication with clients.
  • A passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
