About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the estate agency industry in the UK. Traditional agency models can limit agents' earning potential and stifle innovation. As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

You'll be empowered to develop your local strategy, pitch, and marketing tactics, with the flexibility to work on your own terms. Our marketing support will supercharge your efforts, whether that's through doorknocking, direct mail, or running local advertising campaigns.

This is a truly all-encompassing role that lets you do estate agency your way, while being supported by Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements
  • We're looking for an experienced estate agent with 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We're on-hand to support your online presence.
  • An intuitive, market-leading customer app designed to provide you with exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance your communication with clients.
