About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at a leading packaging manufacturer. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requirements from initial brief to final delivery
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through excellent product delivery and communication
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects

Requirements:

  • Current or recent Account Management experience with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
