Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, working closely with the Head of Business Development to identify new business opportunities and maximize referral business.
- Business Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Account Management: Oversee the management of existing accounts, regularly reviewing and updating Salesforce to assess account value and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets, working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent client relationships and propose solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and devise strategies to capture new market areas, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders, using data and insights to inform business decisions.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales and business development experience
- Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels
- Positive, confident, and proactive with high levels of enthusiasm
- Ability to exceed expectations and targets
- Sound commercial awareness and decision-making skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
