Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit and manage a team of business coaches and sales professionals to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of business growth strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
