Home Improvement Assistant

An opportunity has arisen to join the Disability & Home Improvement Team. This multi-disciplinary team provides services to the homes of Greenwich residents across all tenures, with a focus on supporting older and vulnerable residents to live independently in their homes by adapting or improving their home.

The rewarding post will suit applicants who have a strong commitment to the delivery of high quality services to vulnerable people and an understanding of housing problems faced by older people and those with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of home renovation disrepair issues faced in private and public sector housing. They must also have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and excellent numerical skills, with an eye for detail. The post provides administrative and clerical support to the Disability & Home Improvement Team.
