Position Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and skilled Care Quality Improvement Partner to enhance care quality across the Home Counties and London Regions. This role is pivotal in providing actionable guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and practical support on regulatory compliance, care legislation, and inspection protocols to meet CQC and CI standards.
  • Maintain the highest care standards through continuous quality improvements, assessments, and monitoring, showcasing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive ongoing enhancements in care quality.
  • Engage in regular meetings with regional managers to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop strategies for success.
  • Represent the quality improvement team at various internal and external events as necessary.
  • Assist residential and nursing home teams in utilizing systems and processes effectively, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to facilitate the practical application of theoretical principles in care delivery.
  • Stay updated on care standards, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification demonstrating ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience within the care sector.
  • Proven background in care provision within a residential setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and care legislation.
  • Experience in managing change and addressing service challenges.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Compassionate leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Adept at interpreting and analyzing data from complex systems.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
