About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving continuous improvement within our organization by supporting managers and staff in enhancing their performance and achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on performance management best practices, tailored to the specific needs of different teams and roles.
- Analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by encouraging feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in performance management, ideally within a healthcare or regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using data to identify trends and develop solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of CQC's role within the health and social care environment.
