Role Overview:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced Care Quality Improvement Partner to deliver practical guidance aimed at enhancing care quality to comply with regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expertise and practical guidance on compliance with regulations, care legislation, and inspection processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain and elevate care standards through ongoing quality improvements, assessments, and monitoring across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster continuous enhancements and uphold high care quality standards.
  • Engage in regular meetings with regional managers to pinpoint areas for improvement and establish success metrics.
  • Represent the quality improvement team at both internal and external events as necessary.
  • Support residential and nursing home teams in the effective implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to facilitate the practical application of theoretical principles in care delivery.
  • Stay informed on care standards, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification demonstrating ongoing professional development.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience within the care sector.
  • Experience in care provision within a residential setting.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and care legislation.
  • Experience in managing change and addressing service challenges.
  • Proven ability to effectively deliver projects.
  • Strong leadership skills characterized by compassion and clarity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Aptitude for interpreting and analyzing data from complex systems.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
