About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Care Quality Assurance Specialist. This is a full-time position within our Care and Support Department, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Audits: Coordinate and conduct regular compliance audits to ensure our services meet regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on audit findings, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
  • Staff Support: Provide coaching and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Communication: Communicate service level expectations and performance information to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Experience: A track record of working in a person-centered care or support service, with experience of audit and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the Care Act 2014, CQC standards, and employment law.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
