In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing organization-wide initiatives that align with the Trust's strategic objectives. This may encompass areas such as patient flow, integrated care, digital transformation, and enhancing staff experiences.
We seek a Quality Improvement Consultant who is eager to expand their expertise in various continuous improvement methodologies. This may involve the IHI model for improvement, experience-based co-design, lean principles, demand and capacity modeling, campaign development, and creating a comprehensive toolkit of skills and techniques for optimizing patient flow.
Key Responsibilities
We are in search of a highly driven individual with a proven track record in executing improvement programs utilizing systematic QI approaches and tools. You will collaborate within a small central team focused on cultivating a culture of QI throughout the organization, in alignment with our QI delivery framework and the Trust's vision and values.
As a Quality Improvement Consultant, you will actively promote and identify opportunities to engage staff in QI initiatives through effective teaching and coaching, ensuring that exemplary projects are completed and that the lessons learned from these initiatives are shared, sustained, and disseminated.
