We seek a Quality Improvement Consultant who is eager to expand their expertise in various continuous improvement methodologies. This may involve the IHI model for improvement, experience-based co-design, lean principles, demand and capacity modeling, campaign development, and creating a comprehensive toolkit of skills and techniques for optimizing patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a highly driven individual with a proven track record in executing improvement programs utilizing systematic QI approaches and tools. You will collaborate within a small central team focused on cultivating a culture of QI throughout the organization, in alignment with our QI delivery framework and the Trust's vision and values.

As a Quality Improvement Consultant, you will actively promote and identify opportunities to engage staff in QI initiatives through effective teaching and coaching, ensuring that exemplary projects are completed and that the lessons learned from these initiatives are shared, sustained, and disseminated.

Teaching, Guiding, Coaching in QI

Essential

Proven experience in designing and delivering training to staff or stakeholders on QI methodologies.

Desirable

Engagement with stakeholders including patients, clients, or other parties within the healthcare ecosystem (primary care, voluntary organizations).

Qualifications in QI/CI

Essential

Evidence of continuous improvement qualifications such as the IHI Model for Improvement or Kaizen (Lean). A master's degree or equivalent educational background.

Desirable

Qualifications in Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or MSP. Change management certification.

Management and Support of QI Projects
