We seek a Quality Improvement Consultant who is eager to broaden their expertise in various continuous improvement methodologies. This may include the IHI model for improvement, experience-based co-design, lean principles, demand and capacity modeling, campaign development, and creating a comprehensive skill set for optimizing patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a highly driven individual with a proven track record in executing improvement programs utilizing systematic QI approaches and tools. You will collaborate within a small central team, focused on cultivating a culture of QI throughout the organization in alignment with our QI delivery framework and the Trust's vision and values.

The Quality Improvement Consultant will actively promote and identify opportunities to engage staff in QI initiatives through effective teaching and coaching, ensuring that outstanding projects are executed and the insights gained from QI efforts are shared, sustained, and disseminated.

Teaching, Guiding, Coaching in QI

Essential

Proven experience in designing and delivering educational sessions on QI methodologies to staff or stakeholders.

Desirable

Qualifications in QI/CI

Essential

Continuous improvement qualifications such as the IHI Model for Improvement or Kaizen (Lean). Master’s degree or equivalent educational background.
