Digital Trading Manager

We are hiring a Digital Trading Manager to join our Ecommerce team as the Digital Trading Manager for SEVENSTORE.
The Role
Leading all e-commerce trading and digital activity developing a holistic strategy to drive conversion, profitability and increased market share. Building long-term contribution growth across digital channels by utilising sales data and customer trend analysis skills to ensure reactive sales opportunities are capitalised on. Forecasting spend/sales targets whilst managing budgets and costs controls for improved ROAS whilst managing the trade and promotion calendar. Work with the Head of Digital Trade to manage and motivate a cross-functional team of CRM, Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliate and E-Commerce Executives in both the internal SEVENSTORE team and the wider Footayslum team. Working closely with paid media team, delivering brand campaigns, improving visibility and increasing spend efficiencies and margins. Collaborating with sportwear and premium brands, managing localised and international content, bringing digital launch campaigns and promotional activities to market. Leading segment driven search and merchandising in combination with nurturing an SEO focused content strategy for accelerated organic growth for the business. Managing the multi-channel CRM and content plan, leading lifecycle driven segmentation implementation, utilising acquisition and retention models with personalised customer journeys to maximise profitability across the digital space. Collaborating with Buying and Merchandising to ensure multi-channel marketing priorities are consistent on all channels. Providing insight to the Buying and Merchandising teams to help identify opportunities to enhance stock opportunities Utilising social media marketing skills, managing internal and external partners with multi-channel lead generation campaigns using AI predictive technologies. About You
You will have proven experience as a Digital Trading Manager, with demonstratable experience and embrace the value of "Defying Ordinary" by driving continued and relentless improvement and innovation within the Ecommerce department.
