Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Trading Manager to oversee our Ecommerce operations at Footasylum Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directing all online trading and digital initiatives, crafting a comprehensive strategy to enhance conversion rates, profitability, and market presence.
  • Fostering sustainable growth across digital platforms by leveraging sales analytics and consumer behavior insights to seize immediate sales opportunities.
  • Projecting expenditure and sales objectives while overseeing budget management and cost efficiency to optimize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and manage promotional timelines.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Digital Trade to lead and inspire a cross-functional team comprising CRM, Social Media, SEO, PPC, Affiliate, and E-Commerce professionals within both the Footasylum Ltd team and the broader organization.
  • Partnering closely with the paid media division to execute brand campaigns, enhance visibility, and improve spending efficiencies and profit margins.
  • Working alongside sportswear and premium brands to manage localized and global content, launching digital campaigns and promotional efforts effectively.
  • Driving search optimization and merchandising strategies while nurturing an SEO-centric content plan for accelerated organic growth.
  • Overseeing the multi-channel CRM and content strategy, implementing lifecycle-driven segmentation, and utilizing acquisition and retention models to maximize profitability in the digital landscape.
  • Coordinating with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Providing valuable insights to Buying and Merchandising to identify opportunities for stock enhancement.
  • Employing social media marketing expertise to manage internal and external partnerships, executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns utilizing AI predictive technologies.
